The conclusion of the contract:
(1) By registering for an event, the exhibitor declares the legally binding and binding conclusion of the contract against the organizer. The exhibitor is irrevocably bound by this contract.
If the application is refused, the artist will receive a written notice at least one week before the beginning of the event.
2) The organizer may, for justifiable reasons, in particular, if the available space is insufficient, exclude individual artists or vendors from participation. If necessary to achieve the purpose of the event, it may restrict the event to specific artists, vendors and visitor groups. There is no legal claim to participation.
By signing the application, the exhibitor grants the organizer permission to publish his/her name and, if necessary, further data as well as data storage.

Construction and De-construction:
Construction on the first day of the event 8:00 – 13:00. The artist is obliged to establish the booth within the specified deadlines. If this is not achieved, the organizer may re-rent the booth otherwise. In this case, the exhibitor is liable for the booth rental and, in addition, for any additional costs incurred. Claims for damages by the exhibitor are excluded in any case. All materials used for the construction must be non-flammable (according to B1 specs.).
De-construction is on Sunday not before 20:00! In the event of breach, a contractual penalty in the amount of one half of the booth rental plus 19% VAT will be due.
Use of the booth:
(1) The organizer is entitled to check whether the exhibitor appropriately and contractually uses the booth provided, with regard to the booth size and the offered goods/services. (2) If unauthorized or illegal goods/services are offered on the booth, the organizer is entitled to vacate the booth at the exhibitor’s expense. (3) The exhibitor shall ensure compliance with all laws, guidelines, and regulations applicable to his offer. (4) Floors, hall walls, columns, installation, and fire protection equipment, as well as other fixed hall installations, are not be glued, nailed, painted or damaged in any other way. Damages will be charged to the exhibitor. In any case, the technical guidelines of the venue must be observed. In case of violation of regulations, a penalty in the amount of one booth rental will be due immediately. This does not affect the claim of further costs and damages.
Cancellation, relocation, and modification of the duration of the fair:
The organizer is entitled to cancel the show for an important reason, to relocate it locally and in time, to change the duration, or – if space, police orders or other serious circumstances require it – to move the booth space of the exhibitor to change its dimensions and/or restrict. A local or temporal relocation or any other modification will be part of the contract with notification to the exhibitor. (1) The organizer also has the right to cancel the event if the expected minimum number of registrations is not achieved and the unchanged implementation is economically unreasonable. Claims for damages are excluded in both cases for both parts. (2) If the organizer is responsible for the cancellation of the tattoo convention, the exhibitor will not owe any booth rental. (3) If the organizer has to shorten an event that has begun due to an unforeseen event or other reasons beyond his control, the exhibitor is not entitled to any reimbursement of booth rental.
Each exhibitor will receive exhibitor passes free of charge after full payment of the booth rental, entitling to free admission to the convention grounds, the exhibitor area and the after-show party on Sunday, from 20:00. Additional exhibitor passes can be requested from the organizer or purchased on-site at an additional cost. These exhibitor passes are intended exclusively for registered exhibitors and their booth personnel and are not transferable. In case of misuse, the pass will be withdrawn.
Terms of payment:
After registration, the exhibitor will receive an invoice from the organizer for the stand rental according to the information given in the registration form. The amount is due immediately for payment within a period of 14 days. If the stand rental is not received in time, the organizer may terminate the contract without notice.
In this case, the organizer is exempted from his obligation to perform, and the exhibitor must immediately pay the full booth rent. All prices are net plus VAT. The booth rental is to be paid by the exhibitor, regardless if he/she participate in the event.

Sub-exhibitor, co-exhibitor, transfer of the booth to third parties:
The exhibitor does not have the right to rent out or otherwise transfer the booth assigned to him without the written permission of the event management. Competitive exclusion may neither be demanded nor promised.
The organizer reserves the right to relocate or change the dimensions of the booth assigned to the exhibitor or vendor. This does not give the exhibitor the right to withdraw from the contract.
The organizer is entitled to extraordinarily terminate the contract if: (1) the exhibitor has provided false information, or (2) unregistered or unauthorized goods are or should be issued, or (3) the exhibitor has not begun establishing his booth by at the latest 10:00 on the first convention day. (4) the booth rental has not been received by the due date, or (5) the exhibitor has assigned his rights under the contract to third parties without the written consent of the organizer. In the event of extraordinary cancellation by the organizer, the organizer is released from his obligation to perform, the exhibitor nevertheless has to pay the full booth rent.
Every exhibitor or vendor is obliged to provide sufficient insurance cover for himself. The conclusion of corresponding insurance is recommended. The organizer bears the general liability risk for the event. He concludes liability insurance for personal injury and property damage. The general security of the site and the halls are in the responsibility of the organizer without liability for losses and damages. The exhibitor is responsible for the supervision and security of the booth. This also applies during the construction and de-construction, outside opening hours.
The organizer assumes no liability for damage to the exhibits, equipment, and consequential damages. Should the event be canceled or canceled as a result of unforeseen events, the organizer will be released from his obligation to perform. In this case, the organizer is not obliged to reimburse exhibitor fees previously received. The organizer is not liable for the economic outcome of the event. The organizer also assumes no responsibility for the personal profit and revenue expectations of the exhibitor.
At the event, only by the organizer authorized artists are qualified and approved for piercing work.
For hygiene reasons, there is a complete smoking ban in the convention hall. No animals are allowed. Every tattoo artist has to work according to the hygiene regulations of the State of Berlin, that means sterile packaged work materials (needles, handles, etc.), listed disinfectants (hands, surfaces, etc.). Controls by health and hygiene officials are possible.
The organizer provides entertainment and thus for any applicable royalties to the MRM organizations. Exhibitors are prohibited from offering fee-based entertainment during the convention. This deals in specific for music playback in the booths.
Photographing, drawing, filming:
(1) Commercial photography and filming within the event venue are only allowed by event management authorized organizations/persons. The organizer may do photography work for his own purpose. (2) If the exhibitor, his/her booth, his/her merchandise or parts of it should be photographed and/or filmed in the context of (1) and/or (2), he/she will retreat from any rights to these images. There is no need for further consent to the use of images, sound, and films created by the authorized persons.
Minors under the age of 18 may not be tattooed unless accompanied by a legal guardian. The organizer assumes no liability for executed tattooing and piercing works. Each exhibitor is responsible for the cleanliness of his booth and at the end of the event the booth is to be left clean!
The instructions of the organizer are to be followed without restriction. Claims against the organizer must be made within 4 weeks after the event, otherwise, they are considered null and void.
Collateral agreements are only legally binding if they are in writing and confirmed by the organizer.
The place of performance and place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the organizer, Berlin. For the legal relationship between organizer and exhibitor, the law of the Federal Republic of Germany is agreed.
